June 3/Day 154 - Pizza night!
Friday nights usually involve no cooking. Time to laze around and watch movies along with pizzas! One such night. The pizza is a New York style half of "The Farmer's market" and the other half is called "The Manhattan"!

May 25/Day 145 - Spring produce from the market!
I could not resist buying this box of strawberries which were so fresh and juicy from our local farmer's market. I also bought four of these little plants to add to my little balcony garden. From the left clockwise, husk cherry tomatoes, thai chillies, japanese eggplant and thai basil.

May 11/Day 131 - Silhouette Wednesday
Have a look at my first attempt clicking Silhouette photographs.
Sig, Nags, Siri and I decided to pick a theme for our photographs one day of the week and it was Silhouette pictures for this week. I was supposed to post this picture on Wednesday but blogger was down and hence the delay!
Here is a picture of the husband (my model ;)) drinking his evening tea! It was almost past 7:30 pm and we still had some light!

April 2/Day 92 - The World Cup is Ours!
A day never to be forgotten in every Indian's life - the day when india bagged the World Cup! And my Mom's Birthday! Some pictures taken at home, while watching the Indian team win the cup! Just wanted to record the moment here in this blog!

March 30/Day 89 - The Yeast Action
This picture was taken when I was making pizza last week. I love watching yeast grow. During the initial days of handling yeast, I felt really scared to see how fast the yeast grows. Watch closely next time, you add yeast to lukewarm water. You will be able to see how fast it grows! It turns frothy and grows faster when you add half a teaspoon of sugar along with the yeast!
